3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes inspection.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Kindly note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, based on your preference.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products.
- Replacement is subject to availability; if unavailable, a refund will be processed.
5. Special Note
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products purchased on sale can only be refunded within 1 week.
- The actual color of the clothing may vary slightly from the images due to studio lighting and photography settings.

7. Cancellation Policy

- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
